How to Book

Simply call 0414440834 or Book Online. Fill out the Medical Questionnaire Online. You will receive a phone call as soon as possible to confirm your suitability for an appointment. If you need to tell us additional information, please give us a call. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking conformation to secure your spot for an appointment. 

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with adequate notice, your $50 deposit will be refunded. If insufficient notice is given, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

For those with prepaid packs, failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of one infusion from your pack. Please note, prepaid packs are non-refundable. If you need a refund for your prepaid pack, you must provide a doctor's letter explaining why you cannot continue, and a refund may be issued at Luxiv Cosmetics discretion.

Parking

Please let us know about parking location and arrangements for your Infusion Location. Any parking fees incurred by our nurse on the day will be added onto your Infusion price. There is street parking available in front of the clinic.

Your Safety Comes First

At Luxiv Cosmetics your safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe and effective infusion, we ask that you provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. We work closely with a Medical Doctor to review your medical history and confirm that you are a suitable candidate for the treatment. While Vitamin Infusions are generally safe, certain medical conditions may make them unsuitable for some individuals.

Incorrect or misleading information can lead to potential risks such as fluid overload or allergic reactions. If there are any changes in your medical condition before your infusion, please let us know so we can reassess your suitability. Failure to provide sufficient notice could result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. If you’re unsure whether an infusion is right for you, please contact us for guidance.

Luxiv Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your safety. In such cases, we may require a doctor’s letter before proceeding with your treatment.

Our Commitment to Safety

Your safety is our priority, and we also prioritise a respectful and safe environment. Luxiv Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour is displayed. In such cases, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. We aim to ensure a positive and safe experience for all our clients.

Travel Fees for Mobile Services

Certain service locations may incur a travel fee. Please inquire at the time of booking if a travel fee applies to your area. Travel fees for locations outside of Melbourne’s west side range from $20 to $70, depending on the location.

Group & Event Bookings

For bookings of 3 or more people, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible to ensure we have ample time to accommodate your group. If you initially booked for one person and wish to add others, please inform us at the time of booking confirmation or as soon as possible prior to your appointment. This allows us to provide the best service for your group.
